Required

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation experience focused on NOW platform, ITSM, ITBM (CMDB, CSDM, ITIL, ATF, Integration Hub ETL, RTE, Flow Designer, and ITIL and ITSM and ITBM (SPM/PPM)

6+ years of experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g., PHP, Python, C++, or Java)

4+ years of experience implementing Web Service integration solutions (e.g., REST, SOAP, Node JS, Event Publication and Correlation Strategies, Microservices)

4+ years of experience with integrations; ServiceNow Store, REST API, SOAP API, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, ODBC, etc.

3+ years of experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, SCSS, HTTP/HTTPS, AJAX, JSON, XML)

Experience with orchestration, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Certified Application Developer certification

ITIL Certification

ServiceNow Certified Implementer certification(s)

ServiceNow reporting, dashboarding and Performance Analytics

Expert in PowerShell, Python

Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React
