Responsibilities
Develop and Drive Strategy : Partner with the CEO to craft a robust social media strategy that aligns with Tumbler’s brand vision and business objectives.
Content Calendar Creation : Plan, manage, and execute a content calendar that supports ongoing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Brand Alignment : Ensure all social media content reflects Tumbler’s unique voice, aesthetic, and mission.
Content Creation & Management : Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content, collaborating with designers, videographers, and other creators as needed.
Influencer Partnerships : Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers who resonate with our audience.
Performance Analytics : Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to continuously refine and improve strategies.
Team Leadership : Manage content creators, freelancers, and other external partners to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Required
5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a direct-to-consumer startup.
Proven track record of owning the end-to-end social media strategy and execution.
Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms).
Strong creative eye with experience producing and managing high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Data-driven mindset with a knack for translating analytics into actionable insights.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to get into the weeds to make things happen.
