Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust mobile and web applications.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Architect and implement integrations with Epic systems, including patient data synchronization and workflow enhancements.
Develop and manage provider directory and scheduling systems to optimize provider operations.
Integrate with lab systems (e.g., Vital Labs) to ensure seamless lab result flows and data accuracy.
Implement unified patient identity solutions to maintain consistent and accurate patient records across platforms.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in the healthcare technology sector.
Proven experience with Epic integration and other healthcare-specific systems.
Strong proficiency in Ruby, React, AWS, Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and Python 3.
Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Experience with unified patient identity management and data synchronization across multiple systems.
Preferred
Healthcare Ai is definite plus.
