Responsibilities
Apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks
Develop, debug, or design software applications or operating systems according to design specifications
Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements
Perform moderately complex problem-solving with assistance and guidance
Understand and apply company policies and processes
Collaborate with the software engineering division to deliver high-quality solutions

Required
Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, & algorithm design, etc
4+ years of total experience with software development/ programming experience with at least one object oriented coding language such as Java, C++, C#, Javascript, Go, etc.
Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.
Experience with microservice design patterns.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
