Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain new Revenue products on our iOS, Android and Web apps.

Collaborate with engineers on the team, and other engineering teams such as Revenue Infrastructure & Core Product, to understand user behavior & needs and build products to drive Revenue.

Work collaboratively with PMs, Data Scientists and Designers to launch revenue products and bring marketing campaigns to life.

Architecture elegant and maintainable code with focus on autonomy and support from the team.

Uphold a high product and technical quality bar while quickly launching and iterating on features.

Introduce coding and operational best practices to the team; always be learning & teaching.

Work with analytics and experimentation frameworks to quickly experiment with revenue growth ideas and develop deeper understanding of the features we ship.

Own projects end to end — you’ll be responsible for working with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements, creating technical designs and specs, implementing changes, and seeing projects through to launch and maintenance.

Required

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and specialized in building and scaling consumer-facing products on web and mobile platforms.

Solid understanding of the development frameworks and fundamentals of one or more of our platforms: web (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Objective-C, Swift), and backend (Python and some Elixir).

Strong product sense with a high degree of empathy for internal and external users.

Ability to seek feedback from users about your work and take pride in great UX.

Stay up to date on relevant technology trends and developments.

View challenges and mistakes as learning opportunities while building upon successes.

Motivated to help team members succeed and grow through empathetic feedback.

Excited about business impact and seeing numbers change as a result of your work.
