Responsibilities

Design and build an agentic framework to support multi-agent collaboration and decision-making, and develop the AI assistant powered by specialized agents

Create delightful user experiences focusing on human-in-the-loop interactions and complex, nuanced editing flows, where users will be editing work graph objects like tasks, projects, dashboards, and portfolios.

Tackle cutting-edge challenges around agent-based modeling, emergent behaviors, safety considerations, and more as you collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI into Asana's core architectures

Participate in every step of the product development process, working closely with PMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver large, impactful projects

Required

4+ years experience, working across the stack within large, well-maintained codebases

Track record of autonomously and reliably scoping and delivering complex, cross-cutting product initiatives, often by coordinating the work of multiple engineers

Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking on open-ended AI/product challenges

Fascination with the potential of AI and eagerness to apply it to transform how we work
