Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with every part of the company. Partner closely with frontend engineers and Product Manager to build a powerful app for SaaS customers.

Build and expand existing Go frameworks, including gRPC services, job scheduler, notification system, and modular AI subsystem.

Run fast, ship often, and build simple, flexible systems for rapid product iteration.

Help build a company culture and wear your product hat to collaborate on product experiences with customers.

Innovate within the domain, challenge the status quo, and encourage experimentation.

Collaborate with the team to innovate within our domain and aim to be best in class.

Required

With at least 4 years of backend engineering experience, you're capable of building and maintaining fast, reliable systems and services, as well as designing larger systems and architecture from a software perspective. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical fundamentals and be ready to take on building greenfield systems with a high level of autonomy and trust.

You have experience with parts of our technology stack: Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, identity & authentication systems, AI systems.

You have experience in smaller startups, or have worked in and are comfortable with similar environments. We sync regularly but provide (and rely on) a high degree of autonomy.

Results oriented: You embrace measurement and experimentation processes to test and validate outcomes for anything you build.
