Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with every part of the company. Partner closely with the Product Manager and Founding Designer to build elegant UI/UX for SaaS customers.
Run fast, ship often. Build simple, flexible systems allowing for rapid product iteration.
Help build a company. Contribute to building a culture that fosters growth and collaboration.
Wear your product hat. Share product responsibility by being involved in building, testing, and improving product experiences constantly.

Required

Experience in smaller startups or similar environments
At least 3+ years of software engineering experience
Full-stack engineer capable of building and maintaining high-quality user interfaces
Designing integrations to the backend
Excellent technical fundamentals
Ability to take on building greenfield applications with a high level of autonomy and trust
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Pragmatic and impact-oriented
Skilled at managing a backlog of projects and balancing speed, quality, and long-term goals
Putting users first mindset
Critical thinking about the implications of what is being built
Understanding of the responsibility of the impact on real people's lives
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a green card

Preferred

Proficiency with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Protocol Buffers, and gRPC
Experience working at a fast-growing startup, ideally B2B SaaS or similar
