Responsibilities
Collaborate to understand the needs of the customer and deliver a simple and easy-to-use solution. You work with other engineers, along with design and product partners.
Work comfortably across front-end and back-end development. We mainly use Ruby on Rails and React, but we are always looking for the best option. We do not expect engineers coming in to know our particular frameworks, just that they have a desire to learn.
Balance technical considerations with product and business thinking. You aim for the best outcome for the customer, not for perfection.
Understanding the particular challenges of managing connections with multiple third parties, such as error resilience, monitoring, and responsiveness to outages.

Required
6+ years' experience as a full-stack product engineer
Experience working with APIs and/or distributed systems
Knowledge of fundamental data structures, algorithms, languages, and protocols for web applications
Ability to dive deep into legacy code or third-party documentation
Experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
Value collaborative software development process
Ability to write clean and understandable code
Value simplicity in code and solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with how marketers use video for lead generation
