Responsibilities

GIS/React Solution Development: Design and develop high-quality GIS solutions using React and the ArcGIS JavaScript SDK, including custom reusable React components, adhering to project requirements and timelines.
Adhere to Best Practices: Follow best practices in software engineering and GIS development, including coding standards, source control management, and CI/CD processes.
Unit Testing: Implement unit tests, contributing to the reliability and quality of the applications.
Collaboration: Actively participate within an agile scrum team to refine and estimate user stories, plan sprints, and contribute to other team ceremonies.

Required

5+ years of in-depth experience in application design and development in a multi-tiered environment
Strong experience using React.JS and Typescript; creating custom reusable React components
Experience with Node.js and NPM modules
Experience with GIS development using the ArcGIS JavaScript SDK
Strong unit testing skills
Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Agile software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience and training)

Preferred

Experience working with GraphQL
Experience with Python and ArcGIS API for Python is a plus
C#/.Net experience is a plus
