Required

7+ years experience as a software engineer with strong Ruby and Rails expertise

Experience working in large codebases and communicating effectively about code

Ability to make practical decisions and write well-tested, secure, and performant code

Commitment to respect and support team members of all levels and backgrounds

Experience with modularizing applications and solving complex performance problems

Knowledge of design patterns supporting long-term sustainability
