Responsibilities
Add new features to existing web applications using Python
Refactor existing features to improve performance
Design and build applications for new projects
Provide solutions for new business requirements
Provide support to end users
Help mentor junior developers
Review team members’ code
Work with stakeholders to determine requirements and project scope
Attend team meetings
Working directly with clients or vendors to resolve features or new projects

Required
4+ years of experience with Python development
1+ years of experience building REST APIs
2+ years of experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.)
4+ years using distributed version control systems such as Git or Mercurial
1+ years of experience working with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap, Vue JS, and jQuery
4+ years of experience designing and using a relational database (i.e., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
2+ years of experience developing in a web framework such as Django or Flask
Ability to solve problems quickly
Ability to get things done quickly with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to work in an agile environment
Preferred
Data science experience (using Pandas)
UI/UX design experience
Experience building data warehouses
1+ years of PHP or ASP.net development experience
DevOps experience designing and building a CI/CD process
1+ years of experience with a NoSQL database
2+ years of Django (or Flask) development experience
