Required

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

Specialized in building consumer-facing products on web and mobile platforms

Developed domain expertise in either web or mobile front-end (or both)

Eager to learn new languages and frameworks, and comfortable working across the full stack when needed

Worked in a product team with clear metrics goals and had a measurable positive impact on customers

Strong product sense and take pride in sweating the details of great UX

Motivated to help team members succeed and grow and learn from each other through empathetic feedback

Preferred

Discord user, and understand the core features and flow of Discord communications

Worked on React Native products
