Responsibilities
Work closely with One warranty Solution team and Partners to understand their product vision and break it down into a practical backlog of user stories for the engineering development team.
Provide technical expertise on Java-based development.
Handle Development, Enhancements, and Production Support in the Product Driven Organization (PDO) team.
Analyze and resolve issues.
Handle rotational On-Call Support.
Lead assignments with minimal direction and escalate issues as necessary to management.
Be flexible to respond to changing priorities.
Develop a deep understanding of the product, understanding the problems to be solved and deliver value to the customer.
Work with Product Manager to understand product vision.
Work with Portfolio and application architects, as needed.
Balance 'doing it right' with 'speed to delivery' by identifying and mitigating risk, generating options, educating business and other decision-makers, and taking on justified technical debt.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study
7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Cloud technologies, preferably GCP (GCS, Cloudrun, Big Query, Data Flow etc)
1 year+ experience with security vulnerability tools (e.g. FOSSA, Checkmarx, SonarQube), code versioning tools (e.g GitHub)
Preferred
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
Strong skills in Angular / React, Spring Boot, ATD Framework and WAS Liberty
Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or BigQuery
