Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and specifications from Product Management and create comprehensive use/test cases.

Implement and maintain those requirements in user interface(s) as directed.

Maintain and improve phone command line tools to support diagnostic and test efforts.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficient and thorough testing.

Execute tests to verify product functionality, performance, and reliability and prevent regression.

Log and track defects in issue tracking system; collaborate with other developers to resolve them.

Diagnose and triage customer-reported problems, providing detailed analysis and solutions.

Required

Proven experience as a Software Engineer, or similar role, minimum 3-5 years.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfort in a Linux environment and proficiency with C++, Javascript, XML, and other scripting languages.

Experience with performance and security testing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with Qt and QML highly desired.
