Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Design and develop solutions across the full stack, leveraging React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and PostgreSQL.

System Ownership: Take ownership of an area within our system, handling: Planning and execution of new features. Risk identification and proactive solutions. Building and monitoring key metrics and alerts. Establishing yourself as a go-to expert in this area.

Security and Integrations: A big plus if you have experience implementing SSO, SAML provisioning (Okta, Entra), and Microsoft Azure/Entra ecosystem tools, including building Outlook Add-ins.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams and business stakeholders to align engineering projects with broader company goals.

Project Management: Participate in planning new work, identifying potential risks, and making design decisions that align with company objectives and technical best practices.

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team learning through knowledge sharing.

Required

Proficiency in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, PHP, and PostgreSQL.

7+ years of software development experience.

3+ years in a senior or lead role with demonstrated ownership of a technical area or project.

3+ years of recent experience with React and preferably TypeScript.

3+ years working with a backend, preferably PHP or Node.

Preferred

Experience with SSO, SAML provisioning (Okta, Entra), and the Microsoft Azure/Entra ecosystem is a plus.

Experience with generative AI open-source models, understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and integrating generative AI into products and workflows is a plus.

Experience with big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics is also a plus.
