Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET
Optimize and manage AWS infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability
Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Implement and manage SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance and availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot/resolve issues
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and leadership
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve products and processes
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
Write technical documentation to support software solutions

Required
U.S. Citizenship
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in developing applications using .NET Core.
Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
Proficient in setting up and managing Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD.
Extensive experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile.
