Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain our SaaS platform using React, Node.js, and Python
Create working prototypes to investigate new technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code
Implement test-driven development practices and create automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years for Senior Software Engineer)
Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and/or Python
Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
Expertise in test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router)
Node.js and Express.js
Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
JavaScript/TypeScript
HTML5 and CSS3
RESTful API design and implementation
Test-driven development practices
Automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
Git
Agile mindset
DevOps experience is a plus especially with Azure DevOps
Experience with AI/ML is a plus
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
