Responsibilities

Extend the underlying framework and APIs for the ads creator ecosystem.

Contribute to building beautiful, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.

Collaborate with product, design, and front-end engineers to formulate and implement solutions to various needs and requirements.

Solve challenging technical problems and own your impactful features across the full stack.

Guide junior engineers and influence engineering leaders.

Required

4 years experience building customer-facing software applications

Strong experience with high-level languages, specifically Python

Practical experience working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, Javascript. Modern frontend frameworks like React

Familiarity with the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines

Unit-testing know-how required, experience with TDD or BDD is an added bonus

You have experience designing and developing APIs

Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Services

Experience with MySQL, Aurora, or other RDBMS (NoSQL is a plus)

A result driven self starter with great communication and collaboration skills who enjoys learning and helping their teammates grow

You care about making sure your code is maintainable and well tested

You work with teams that are continuously delivering and automating processes, you are excited about working in a world class SDLC environment

Preferred

A/B Testing knowledge and/or experience

Experience in Martech, Ads, or similar industries and functions

Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events

Experience with Timestream, DynamoDB, or Snowflake

Experience with Configuration as Code, such as CDK or Terraform
