Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software

Write readable, maintainable, self-documenting or well-documented code to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions

Take the initiative to operate autonomously and solve critical problems for Jasper's customers and the overall technical stack

Own the delivery, execution, and rollout of technical solutions

Scope and execute complex tasks in a timely and effective manner

Refactor and enhance existing codebase to improve reusability and foster collaborative idea sharing

Work effectively with product and design partners to deliver projects

Required

6+ years of experience in front-end feature development and system design

Demonstrated understanding of concepts like Streaming and Multiplayer experiences

Depth of experience with React, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL

Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers

Experience in Lexical
