Responsibilities
Develops and debugs software in support of new and existing applications 65%
Develop, execute and thoroughly document unit and system-level test plans 15%
Designs changes to new and existing applications 10%
Provides support for production applications (7x24) 5%

Required
Extensive COBOL experience, preferably in Lawson S3
Proved experience (minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience) in the below Tech Skills
Hands-on development - need a strong developer
IPA – MUST HAVE
Lawson Cobol 4GL – MUST HAVE
Unix knowledge and shell scripting – MUST HAVE
Oracle database – MUST HAVE
Lawson S3 HR and Payroll functional knowledge – MUST HAVE
Lawson S3 LSF and Landmark – MUST HAVE
7+ years experience in software development in an IT organization or equivalent educational experience
7+ years experience in Lawson S3 HR and Payroll Functional knowledge
7+ years experience in Lawson S3 LSF, Landmark, Lawson Cobol 4GL, and IPA
7+ years experience in Oracle databases
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, trade school or equivalent work experience
Preferred
SQL Server Database – Nice to have
Lawson Add-ins experience – nice to have
TOAD experience – nice to have
Infor Smart Office foundation/installation – nice to have
