Responsibilities
Identifies, analyzes, and documents business/technical requirements and systems specifications.
Creates and performs software coding.
Creates and enforces software quality standards.
Implements/deploys information systems.
Evaluates vendor-supplied applications and deploys/integrates vendor-supplied software.
Generates suggestions for process/product improvement.
Communicates status of assigned work to management and follows practices and procedures covered by precedents, standards, or policies.
Ensures the efficient development of optimal information systems through a variety of duties including management of tasks within schedule and budgetary constraints, coordination of development/implementation efforts across disciplines, generation/presentation of users’ training material/development plans, and expansion of knowledge applicable to technical platforms and applications.
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
Proficient in JavaScript based languages including Typescript, Node.js as well as experience using Java and Spring Boot.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3-5 years’ experience in IS Development/support.
Proficient in JavaScript based languages including Typescript, Node.js as well as experience using Java and Spring Boot.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and listening skills; possesses the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
Applies analytical and creative thinking skills to solve complex/technical problems; draws upon experience to develop and recommend solutions.
Actively influences team collaboration by contributing ideas and work to the team effort.
Responsible for identifying and implementing quality and process improvements for continuous development to enhance performance.
Maintains working knowledge of business objectives to maximize contribution toward company results.
Proficient in using multiple software programs and web-based applications such as e-mail, Microsoft Office Suite products, internet browsers, etc.
