Responsibilities
Actively driving refinement discussions and contributing extensive product knowledge.
Participating in sprint planning and stand-ups.
Identifying ways to improve the team's effectiveness and bringing up these suggestions during retrospectives.
Demonstrating the ability to create technical designs for complex features and leading other developers in their implementation.
Providing high-quality written and verbal contributions to specifications.
Exhibiting good communication judgment with limited mentoring or guidance.
Playing a key role in requirements gathering and all aspects of the software lifecycle.
Balancing business and technical needs for key features.
Identifying gaps in quality and performance and recommending improvements.
Working independently without supervision and often providing guidance to other team members.
Suggesting process changes for continuous improvement.
Having significant industry experience.
Evaluating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills with technical staff at all levels.
Showing strong technical management lead capabilities.
Being able to deliver formal technical training.
Providing continuous mentoring to other software engineers.

Required
5-7 years of experience in object-oriented language
Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
Understanding of object-oriented and related design concepts
Architecture design
Willing to work on projects without defined structure and participate in investigation and implementation of new technologies.
Mentoring less senior developers

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Java (preferred), C#, C++, JavaScript frameworks considered.
JS, SpringBoot experience is helpful, but not required.
