Responsibilities
Help to take in user requirements and product vision to define and scope features.
Architect and build features, write tests and fix bugs, finding the right balance of quality and speed.
Take ownership and deliver on-time with a high bar of quality.
Provide thought leadership on engineering vision and strategy.

Required
5+ years experience in Rails development.
3+ years in React development.
Experience with SQL - we use PostgreSQL.
Experience using RSpec for Rails unit + integration testing.
Experience using git/github.
Preferred
Experience building products using LLMs, including OpenAI or Anthropic - or other AI/ML experience.
Expertise or strong interest in the learning / coaching / training industry.
Experience building B2B SaaS products.
Experience deploying on Heroku.
Experience in a remote team environment.
