Responsibilities

Help address challenges related to the increasing amount of data collected by agents and make this information more actionable for customers.

Partner with product and design teams to define behavior for projects.

Coordinate with multiple teams to align efforts and roll out projects successfully.

Required

Expert understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript

Shown experience with Vue + VueX/Pinia OR React + Redux (or other state management library)

Exhibited a successful track record in leading and designing successful projects and initiatives

Ability to quickly become comfortable with a sophisticated project

Willingness to make changes to our Backend's APIs

Curiosity for new areas of growth and influencing the product

6 years or more years of experience in the tech industry

Preferred

Familiarity with micro-frontends

Involvement with a design system

Work experience with Java and Spring Boot framework

Experience working on Enterprise SaaS applications
