Responsibilities

Help address challenges related to the increasing amount of data collected by agents and making this information more actionable for customers.

Partner with product and design teams to define behavior and coordinate efforts across multiple teams.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Cloud and Enterprise Agents Application Platform (CEA-AP).

Required

Expert understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript

Shown experience with Vue + VueX/Pinia OR React + Redux (or other state management library)

Exhibited a successful track record in leading and designing successful projects and initiatives

Ability to quickly become comfortable with a sophisticated project

Work experience with Java and Spring Boot framework

Curiosity for new areas of growth and influencing the product

6 years or more years of experience in the tech industry

Preferred

Familiarity with micro-frontends

Involvement with a design system

Experience working on Enterprise SaaS applications

Exposure to network protocols
