Responsibilities
Co-craft and execute the product roadmap
Manage dynamically shifting priorities and continuously adjust the engineering team's day-to-day and week-to-week execution of tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Shape projects and empower teams to break them into actionable tasks, enabling the delivery of solutions within defined cycles.
When necessary, implement and maintain scalable and efficient code
Engage in DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes.
Manage and execute deployments on a cadence.
Utilize project management tools to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
Automate manual processes for key business operations

Required
Demonstrated experience in Full Stack Web Development
A background in managing and growing software engineering teams
Strong cultural fit (see character traits) and willingness to contribute to our dynamic team.
Preferred
Proficient in AWS/Supabase, GitHub Actions, Helm, and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration.
Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Automated Testing Suites, Jest.
Experience with Jira, Notion, and Basecamp and expertise in Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum for efficient project execution.
Next.js, ChakraUI, GraphQL, eCommerce, Google Analytics & Data Routing.
Strong proficiency in NestJS, TypeOrm, GraphQL, and PostGres, ensuring robust and scalable server-side engineering.
Experience working with a wide range of 3rd party API providers, Payment Processors, CRMs, Marketing Tools, and mining pools.
Familiarity, passion, and history with using and participating in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
