Responsibilities
Mentor and coach engineers, ensuring your team is fully equipped to do their best work, cultivating growth, and fostering a balanced work/life environment.
Plan, execute, and oversee product features and initiatives across departments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Partner with product and business stakeholders to define requirements, report progress, and align on technology roadmaps.
Support your team in architecting solutions, driving quality practices, and implementing scalable processes.
Lead ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
Build autonomous, effective teams, and mentor leaders within your organization.
Collaborate with technology leadership on departmental initiatives and act as a cultural champion across the broader organization.
Work with key technologies like MySQL, PHP/Laravel, Python, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Required
2+ years of management experience leading multiple teams of software engineers
5+ years in a technology-focused role as a Software Engineer or similar.
Must have experience with various software languages and frameworks.
Proficiency in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Proven experience leading large technical projects while effectively identifying incremental goals and adapting to business needs.
Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts, collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to agile processes.
Eager to learn, quick to contribute, and staying on top of technical trends
Preferred
Preferred experience in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, Vue, MySQL, database optimization, and AWS tooling.
