Responsibilities
Independently execute implementations of SquareWorks’s various software products, scheduling and running client meetings, performing discovery and configuration, guiding user acceptance testing, managing deployment to production, and producing all required documentation.
Assist with configuration and maintenance of internal support systems – help desk software, document repositories, project management software, etc. – used by the Software Implementation team.
Execute daily and weekly project management activities, including maintaining project plans in Asana, SquareWorks’s project management platform, sending weekly project status updates to all clients, participating in weekly team standup meetings, and providing weekly project overview reports to team management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Assist with support of Automate for existing clients, performing troubleshooting, providing guidance related to features/functionality and best practices, executing end-user training, modifying existing configuration, and implementing new configuration as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Provide client and internal-driven feedback to the Product and Engineering teams regarding new feature/product requests to help drive future development.
Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and documentation.
Work with the Software Implementation and Product teams to help develop and maintain internal and client-facing training materials and documentation related to SquareWorks’s software.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new hires.

Required
Minimum of 3+ years of SaaS consulting experience (NetSuite experience a plus).
General project management and execution skills required.
Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions a plus.
Must be familiar with, and interested in, business systems. Exposure to multiple business system platforms and associated integrations a plus.
Thrive in a startup business environment.
Must have a strong understanding of general business principles and must be comfortable conducting business analysis work, matching outputs to system configuration.
Must have solid grasp of basic accounting principles, accounts payable workstreams and processes, and general compliance and controls requirements (approvals, separation of duties, etc.).
Must be comfortable interfacing directly with clients with minimal assistance from others.
Have sharp analytical skills and be able to solve complex problems with minimal assistance, even when the topics involved are unfamiliar.
Be able to handle competing priorities effectively and with limited guidance.
Have a keen desire to expand your understanding of automation and accounting software and related business systems.
Have impeccable written and oral communication skills.
Prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction.
Have well-honed business analysis skills.
Preferred
NetSuite experience a plus.
Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions a plus.
