Responsibilities
Learn and adhere to applicable processes for your work.
Understand the testing strategy and create test cases, including those for AI/ML model evaluation.
Execute test cases on the product, focusing on both traditional and AI/ML-powered features, and report defects.
Validate model accuracy, bias, and robustness, as well as adherence to business requirements and industry standards.
Participate in peer code review and test case review.
Estimate and plan your own work.
Collaborate in an Agile Scrum team with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and others.
Develop automated tests to improve the reliability of traditional software and AI model functionality.
Implement functional and non-functional tests to assess model and software performance, scalability, and security.
Design test procedures and cases specifically for automated AI model testing, focusing on data integrity and edge-case handling.

Required
BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of automation testing experience, including experience with AI/ML model evaluation and testing.
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (TypeScript, C#, Python) and experience in developing and testing AI/ML models.
Familiarity with Machine Learning model testing frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working in agile or other iterative development methodologies.
Proficiency in API testing and knowledge of various test methods.
Analytical thinking, with a focus on creative, complex problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of programming languages (TypeScript, C#, Python) and ML frameworks.
Experience testing AI/ML pipelines and data pre-processing steps.
Exposure to model explainability tools and concepts to help assess model transparency and compliance.
Familiarity with Angular testing concepts such as Jest and E2E testing with Cypress, as well as .NET integration testing with xUnit.
