Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.

Educate clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions, address queries, and offer insights for well informed decision-making.

Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process, ensuring communication clarity.

Assist in project coordination during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.

Manage technical inquiries, facilitate a smooth transition to implementation, and ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
