Responsibilities

Protocol Analysis: Review and interpret clinical study protocols to gather design requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and sponsors to understand project scopes and expectations.

Solution Design: Develop and present design options, providing recommendations and alternatives to ensure optimal solutions.

Risk Management: Identify design risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Meeting Facilitation: Lead design discussions in internal and external meetings to confirm requirements and gather additional business needs.

Documentation: Create user stories and collaborate with the Global Technical Delivery team to implement solutions.

Standards Compliance: Ensure that all designs adhere to company standards and best practices.

Configuration Management: Oversee application configuration as needed.

Validation Support: Facilitate the review and approval of test results and all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and validation documents.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Technology Science, Life Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within clinical research.

Proficiency in requirement elicitation and documentation; experience with Jira is preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving conflicts and balancing competing goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present solutions effectively.

Ability to guide junior staff and influence functional strategy.

Proactive, positive team player with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Preferred

Experience in software development.

Background in user experience/interface design.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Lean Six Sigma.

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and 21 CFR Part 11.

Proficiency in SQL queries.
