Responsibilities

Assist on discovery calls with our sales team to better understand customer challenges related to their cloud migrations, microservices environments, and legacy infrastructure.

Deliver product presentations, demos, and workshops as needed to the prospect and plan and execute proof-of-concepts to validate Solo.io solutions.

Proactively guide customers through architectural challenges and integration of cloud-native platforms, such as Kubernetes, and Solo.io products.

Work with customer success to help customers successfully adopt Solo.io solutions.

Assist in building the sales pipeline by evangelizing Solo.io products and related technology through speaking engagements (conferences, meetups, webinars) and content (blogs, articles, videos).

Required

Broad knowledge of cloud, with experience in Kubernetes, across vendor environments, and understanding of the complex landscape of cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

Working knowledge of Golang, Javascript, Python, Rust, or other modern programming languages.

Working knowledge of the Linux operating system.

Solid understanding of modern, cloud-native application architectures.

Solid understanding of cloud environments and complexities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
