Responsibilities

Execute creative strategy for sales teams, lifecycle marketing, emails and ForBusiness.Snapchat.com web properties based on business KPIs, industry trends and customer insights

Develop customer-centric content strategy that directly supports SMC’s global revenue, growth, and retention programs

Research, build, and share content initiatives to improve overall engagement and conversion rates for marketing creative

Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate on content and provide customers with relevant education on advertising

Collaborate on content creation with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create educational content for the small and medium business audience

Identify ways to continuously uplevel modules, templates, and design aesthetic across web, emails, and paid ads

Required

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years experience in content creation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative leadership and development

Knowledge media and digital advertising industry

Preferred

Direct experience with hands-on content creation in digital marketing

Masters in business or like

Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity!

Experience with tools Google Analytics and Figma is a plus
