Responsibilities

Support the delivery of FP&A activities for Pediatric and Hepatitis business areas.

Maintain focus on compliance and integrity of financial results.

Track and analyze drivers of product performance.

Partner with demand planning COE for accurate demand plans.

Support implementation of best practices for forecasting accuracy.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business-related discipline

Minimum 2 years experience in Finance / Accounting or business analytics role.

Preferred

Strong compliance focus, financial acumen, analytical skills and knowledge of planning and reporting processes

Desire to develop business acumen and provide strategic guidance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build diverse relationships

Expertise in Excel, Power Point, Thinkcell and SAP and financial reporting systems

Comfortable employing financial modeling methods and tools to collect, analyze, synthesize and validate financial data to identify issues and drive business decisions

Ability to adopt and apply new technology, techniques, and ways of working in partnership with Digital Data & Analytics teams.
