Responsibilities

Work closely with marketing automation team to support and implement the strategy and execution of marketing programs that target Bright Horizon’s clients and Client Employees.
Lead execution of client and employee email campaigns through the use of Marketing Cloud Manage creation of marketing collateral, including email, SMS messages, print, and digital assets for promoting Bright Horizons services to client employees.
Review, implement, and enforce appropriate use of company brand materials and copy across all marketing collateral.
Gather data and analyze marketing performance for email campaigns, launch webinars, content platforms, digital assets, mobile app, operational websites
Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet quality standards.

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred or 3+ years or relevant experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of Experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision.
Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving and fast-growing marketing organization.
Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and providing direction/feedback.

Preferred

Experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing preferred.
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus.
