Responsibilities

Serve as a Senior Staff Engineer on planning, design, and permitting projects for industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential facilities.
Work on projects for both public and private clients, with field and in-office assignments.
Utilize expertise in aspects of land use and development, hydrology, grading, and utilities.
Communicate effectively and use computer tools like MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Required

Minimum B.S. in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of experience related to aspects of land use and development
Experience with hydrology, grading, utilities, etc. for a wide variety of development types
Candidate should have completed ABET accredited BSCE and have scheduled and/or passed the FE exam, with professional licensure a goal
Familiarity with athletic/recreation facilities, design and construction
Experience with state and local permitting practices (Water Management Districts and municipal)
Familiarity with sustainable design applications for site development/construction
Effective communication skills
Proficient computer capabilities (MS Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
