Responsibilities
Participating in projects and engineering new systems.
Monitoring the performance of critical servers and applications.
Managing load configurations and providing recommendations for hardware purchases or upgrades, as well as software tuning.
Engaging and overseeing third-party vendors to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Utilizing appropriate cloud services to design and deploy architectures and applications based on customer or Solutions Architect requirements.
Building enterprise-class infrastructure that is highly available and fault-tolerant, using multi-region and multi-AZ models.
Creating and maintaining system documentation covering specifications, designs, procedures, and logs.
Documenting all processes, system changes/fixes, and issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud migrations with expertise in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
Strong operational implementation experience or working knowledge of cloud identity and access management solutions to enforce security guidelines.
Proficiency in Configuration Management and Orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or PHP.
Enhance security posture through assessments using tools like Ansible and Prisma.
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Ensure adherence to secure design principles across cloud architectures.
Implement least privilege access controls and monitor security events.
Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
Specialize in Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, and security.
Experience leading teams, cross-training, mentoring, and providing support.
Improve resiliency of cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring HA, DR, and Data Protection requirements are met.
Deep knowledge of networking topologies, including DNS, Load Balancers, Gateway Devices, and Web Application Firewalls.
In-depth understanding of Azure networking services such as Azure Virtual WAN, VNETS, Azure Application/Network Security Groups, Private Link, VNET peering, Routing, Express Route, Site-to-Site VPN, and Point-to-Site VPN.
Expertise in security, IAM, Role-Based Access Controls in Azure, Azure Policy, Azure Management Groups, and Subscriptions.
Familiarity with AWS design, architecture, and services (EC2, IAM, S3, ELB/ALB, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, ECS/EKS, etc.).
Experience automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
Knowledge of system monitoring in cloud environments using cloud-specific products and tools.
Experience with CMK (Customer Managed Keys) and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key).
Familiarity with AWS Workspace (VDI), Azure VDI, and creation of custom images.
