Responsibilities
Develop Business Proposals for conceptual products/services/programs originating within the organization that are innovative and have the potential to address strategic opportunities/threats;
Assess the "Business Case" for a new strategic product, service, or program proposed (aka due diligence), engaging key stakeholders within the organization to test and/or validate assumptions used in the proposal;
Perform financial modeling and create business proforma's for new products/services/programs;
Perform statistical risk analysis and situational simulation modeling to increase decision-making confidence;
Prepare "business case" presentations for executive leaders to aid in strategic prioritization and decision-making;
Create the Business Plan, Project scope, and parameters leveraged for implementing a new product/service/program.
Create and maintain timely Status Reports for each engagement for the benefit of the senior leadership team;
Advise Program Leaders and "Business Owners" throughout the business development and planning processes.

Required
Masters: Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration/ Public Health or related field. [18 months additional experience will be considered in lieu of Masters].
10+ years demonstrated experience managing complex and strategic projects that require consensus.
10+ years of experience in business optimization, problem-solving, and/or in strategic solutioning roles with progressive responsibility, preferably applicable to healthcare.
