Responsibilities

Manages developing and implementing new or upgraded infrastructure, IT services, security, cloud, facilities, compliance, and implementation of corporate processes.

Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.

Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project is on schedule and within budget constraints.

Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for their assigned projects.

Lead and coordinate project teams by mentoring and motivating members, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.

Identify and mitigate significant risks, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards

Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.

Manage multiple larger-scale projects that require more strategic planning and stakeholder management.

May perform other job duties as assigned.

Required

Minimum of 6 years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Must be able to travel up to 15% to attend meetings, training, and/or visits to other Jack Henry office locations.

Demonstrates self-drive and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Preferred

SAFe certification (SPC, RTE, LPM, SSM).

Agile experience and certifications (PMI – ACP, CSM, or other Agile industry certifications/credentials).

Experience using traditional (MS Project, Changepoint, Planview, others) and Agile (Azure DevOps, Jira) project management tools.
