Responsibilities

Manage initiatives focusing on new projects, process optimization, and customer experience enhancements from initial assessment to implementation

Lead roadmap of enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities

Identify revenue opportunities, automation, and system improvements

Perform financial forecasting and market analysis for competitive intelligence strategy

Build relationships with key stakeholders to define needs and deliver holistic solutions

Author and deliver executive-level reporting, including business reviews

Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting suites for tracking metrics and KPIs

Required

2 – 4 years professional experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Experience/Internships in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or a high growth start up.

Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment

Strong knowledge of business and financial concepts

SQL experience is strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations

Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including creating complex Excel models

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
