Responsibilities

Aid in onboarding new suppliers and training them to company standards.
Supervise supplier performance indicators and report on product quality.
Manage reviews and audits against supplier quality management systems.
Monitor field return rates, supplier PPM, and warranty indicators.
Maintain Quality Assurance Plans and work on supplier quality issues.
Collaborate with Quality team and support sourcing processes.
Coordinate non-conforming inspections and participate in Engineering Review meetings.
Document and review quality documentation for inspections.
Lead sample distribution, assess quality escapes, and drive product quality improvements.
Audit suppliers, create/update quality expectation documentation, and manage non-compliances.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
4+ Years of experience working with product quality management
Proven background in solving product/manufacturing defects and implementing corrective action
Experience communicating with a global vendor network
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Experience in metals, plastics and soft-goods manufacturing
