Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets via ServiceNow.
Perform Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
Manage and maintain Citrix NetScaler environments.
Oversee application packaging, upgrades, and desktop deployment creation.
Scope and design deployment architectures, including server provisioning.
Administer Windows servers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Nutanix environments.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.

Required
4–5 years of experience as a Citrix Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler administration.
Proficiency in basic Windows server administration and PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with application packaging and desktop deployment processes.
Experience with Nutanix and GPO administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
