Responsibilities
Provide high quality end user support working on issues raised in ServiceNow incident tickets
Resolve the raised issues, or triage for escalation, within target incident service levels (SLAs)
Document solutions to common issues to allow for better triage and support by the team
Follow procedures for routine issues and activities
Perform user account provisioning
Contribute to high application availability to meet service uptime targets
Analyze data with basic SQL queries to investigate issues
Participate in change testing, or software testing, as needed
Must have the aptitude to work independently as well as on a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, are essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required
2+ years of IT experience in a customer service role
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
1+ years of experience across multiple areas of technology to effectively triage and escalate issues
1+ years of experience functioning in a customer service role with a positive mindset
Preferred
1+ years working in Optum Serve’s suite of applications including MedNet
1+ years of experience with SQL query writing
Familiarity with monitoring or diagnostic tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana, Elasticsearch
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems (MIS) or other related field with an emphasis in MIS
Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
