Responsibilities

In this position, the candidate will be working with a small, focused team responsible for production systems including SASE, SDWAN, DNS, and other IP services.

The chosen candidate will be technically responsible for a broad range of systems and services supporting everything from the physical layer, configuration & performance tuning throughout the stack, including integration with performance and fault systems.

The ideal candidate will be working with planning and architect teams to improve and/or develop new technologies and enhance existing platforms related to our various service offerings.

Due to the highly technical nature of this position, continuing technical education is required.

The economic impact of this job to Lumen can be substantial. Failure to perform at acceptable levels may result in significant loss of revenue for Lumen and substantial legal liabilities.
