Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3 end user support for hardware problems for a variety of devices including but not limited to desktop computers, laptop computers, printers/copiers, and other computer related peripherals
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing all Microsoft OS versions and all MS-Office versions and other Microsoft products
Efficient with patching and updating Microsoft operating systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory required in an enterprise environment
Experienced with all Microsoft Windows Server OS in an enterprise environment
Configuration, support, and administration of core Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory, GPO, Windows Servers, O365, SharePoint, and Azure
Previous administration experience in Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText RightFax, and VOIP phone systems, O365 Exchange would be a plus
Basic administration of SQL Server (queries, backup/restore, etc. is a plus)
Experience with Linux in an enterprise environment
Experience with Kubernetes (Docker, Rancher) in an enterprise environment
Experience working daily with security applications, such as Sentinel One, O365 native security features, and advanced firewall security features preferred
Strong understanding of Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortigate firewalls or other firewall technologies
Strong understanding of the design, implementation, and management of next-gen firewalls and related features
Requires knowledge of networking services: DHCP, DNS, IIS, CIFS, SMTP, SFTP, HTTP, TCP/IP networking, and internet routing troubleshooting skills
Experience administering GlobalScape EFT Server (SFTP) is a plus
Experience with regulatory and legislative authorities including but not limited to CJIS, HIPAA, PCI, and PII preferred
Managing and administering VMware/Vcenter required in an enterprise environment
Requires experience with SAN-based replication/Snapshot technologies and SAN administration (Nimble)
Requires knowledge of data backup and recovery operations (Veeam)
Demonstrate the ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems and be assertive in presenting solutions
Demonstrate skills in providing a high level of customer service to end-users
Hands-on experience with Printers and Print Servers required
Hands-on experience with remote support tools preferred
Experience creating and troubleshooting scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBscript, &. Bat) preferred

Required
6+ years of technical Systems Administration experience
AZ-104 Certification
Demonstrate skills in providing a high level of customer service to end-users

AZ-400 Certification
MCSA server certification strongly

Experience working with various hospital systems such as HMS, Meditech, McKesson, Affinity, IDX, Bulldog, Eclipsys, Epic, Cerner, Keane, etc.
Experience with Linux in an enterprise environment
Experience with Kubernetes (Docker, Rancher) in an enterprise environment
Experience creating and troubleshooting scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBscript, .Bat)
Hands-on experience with remote support tools
Previous administration experience in Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText RightFax, and VOIP phone systems, O365 Exchange

Experience administering GlobalScape EFT Server (SFTP)
