Responsibilities

Drive implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Operations Management systems.

Work with MES team to perform bug fixes and enhancements, design and develop functionality, perform testing and implement process changes

Create process documentation and training material

Maintain server and database health (Windows/MSSQL) to ensure excellent performance for shopfloor users

Assist with data analysis and conversion

Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards

Work with global stakeholders and partners based in different regions with different language/culture.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing systems

Experience in implementing, developing or upgrading Manufacturing Execution Systems or Manufacturing Operations Management systems, preferably DELMIA Apriso (Process Builder, HTML/CSS, Scripting, etc.)

Hands on manufacturing process knowledge of having work experience in Manufacturing shopfloor execution and process analysis, good understanding of manufacturing bills of material (MBOMS)

Experience with Windows server administration

Understanding of integration to Product Life Cycle Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) boundary systems

Understanding of data management tools
