Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot various inbound and outbound data feeds
Maintain and improve connections between accounts receivable system and external clearing house service providers
Determine and assist in development of improvements to functionality
Develop a thorough understanding of the UI, reports, and features of our in-house developed applications
Assist Technical Leads with various documentation, testing, and bug fixes
Assist with Data Warehouse maintenance and support

Required
Associates Degree with at least 3 years’ experience working as part of a technical team
Excellent written communication skills
MS SQL experience
C#, HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript coding experience
Experience working with Web APIs and tools such as Insomnia and Postman
Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft technology stack
Email, instant messaging, phone, and online meeting skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
Familiarity with electronic insurance eligibility checking and claims processing
Experience producing technical documentation
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with Data Warehouse concepts, ETL operations and SQL Server Integration Services
Experience using HL7
