Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure.
Perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical.
Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements.
Maintain and support production environments consisting of Microsoft Windows Server and VMWare.
Write scripts and procedures for daily operations.

Required

Must have a minimum of 1 of the following certifications: MCSE and/or MS 365 Engineer and/or VCP and/or CCNP
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
Must have at least 7 years of relevant experience
Security Clearance Requirement: TS SCI (ability to obtain)

Preferred

Experience deploying servers or embedded systems and sub-components
Analyze system performance and identification of risks
Deploy and support of virtual network infrastructures including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Server Virtualization Infrastructure
Develop System Design documentation
Windows or Linux operating systems
Knowledge of IP networking technology
Knowledge of and VPN solutions
Strong problem solving, analytic, and communication skills
Ability to work well independently under pressure and time constraints, in a small team environment
Strong Writing Skills
