Responsibilities

Designs and architects IT infrastructure solutions.

Designs networks, such as LAN, WAN, Internet and/or data networks.

Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

Performs advanced troubleshooting of customer and internally-reported system problems.

Writes environment security policies.

Writes system procedure, policies and guidelines.

Participates in on-call 24x7 support rotation.

Manages and performs essential functions required for effective system backup and restore testing.

Manages and performs periodic recovery testing of DR plans.

May assist support groups with applications installed on various servers.

Evaluates and recommends technology solutions for potential purchase to effect enhancements and efficiencies.

Performs limited staff supervision of technical objectives.

Assists less experienced peers.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (DNS, Group Policy).

Proficiency in MFA and SSO.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.

Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

Preferred

Able to design, architect, and automate IT infrastructure solutions.

Able to evaluate and recommend sound technology solutions.

Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience managing privileged accounts.

Experience with VBScript, bash and REST API.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, and other industry frameworks.

Certifications (CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle and strong documentation skills.

Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles.

Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of products offered by JH.
